I had a terrible experience at Great Clips, Smithfield on 11-3-17. If Brittany is working, turn around and leave. She complained about being tired and her feet hurting, and even asked the other stylist if he loved her, to do this customer for her. At that point, I should have left. Unfortunately, I didn't. She did such a bad job that the other stylist had to come over and fix her mistake. It looks awful and I will never go back to Great Clips.
