    Staff is not friendly at all. One staff member actually threatened me with physical harm because I was 15 minutes passed checkout
    Beds are hard, bathrooms needs repairs, wifi is metered, cable is basic with only 1 HBO channel, all in all, needs to update to modern technology and needs friendlier staff members
